Interviewer at the POS:
As an interviewer at the POS (point of sale), you will ask people about a wide variety of topics. These can be the customers of a supermarket, but also in a fashion store, shopping center, and much more, wherever customers and products come together. As a rule, such surveys are carried out with the help of a tablet, which we provide.
Telephone interviewer
Telephone surveys (CATI) also offer a wide range of options. From simple household surveys to surveys with senior chief physicians, everything is included here, as well as customer satisfaction surveys. The thematic variety is a big plus for learning more about people and their opinions.
Telephone surveys take place on our premises in Düsseldorf.
Recruiter
As a recruiter, you do not conduct interviews yourself, but contact people from a wide variety of professional groups for an interview and make an appointment for it. The interview itself is then carried out by another company.
